10-Week One on One Mental Health Programs

We recommend scheduling the sessions weekly to help with retention and practice. You will be asked to purchase a workbook before starting the program for your child to complete throughout the program. Please note, the exercises will take no more than 10 minutes per day to complete. You will be given the option to continue with individual therapy after the completion of the program if your teen would like more support in implementing the knowledge learned! If they are already working with a therapist, that’s great! These programs work well in tandem with individual therapy. The topics below will be covered; however, because each teen is unique in their needs, one topic may spill over to a following week and some topics may be covered more quickly depending on the need.
