Counseling that gets teens
We provide counseling services virtually for all AZ teens or in-person in Scottsdale, AZ. While our clinic also sees adults and families, most of our therapists have specialized training in providing mental health care for ages 10-21 with a focus on providing quality mental health care for teens. They feel misunderstood. We have licensed therapists with the tools to support them. We treat a variety of presenting concerns such as:

Being a parent is hard. Teens are dealing with changing biology, a growing brain and increased desire for independence. It’s a lot. Learn new strategies to stop the power struggles and support your teen in developing into the best version of themselves. (Hint: it all starts with understanding their brain and recognizing what is being triggered within you).

Step 2:
Schedule Intake
Intake appointments typically take 45-55 minutes to complete and involve gathering a thorough history and creating a treatment plan.
Step 3:
Watch your teen improve their emotional management.
After the intake, you will be provided a weekly or bi-weekly time slot (depending on the need of your teen). Follow-up sessions are around 50 minutes in length. Your teen will learn skills and tools to manage their distress, and will start to improve.
